UIPM Vice President discusses future of UIPM Para Sports with IPC President

UIPM Vice President Sharif El Erian OLY met with the President of the International Paralympic Committee (IPC), Andrew Parsons, to discuss the future integration of Modern Pentathlon as a Paralympic sport.
There has been exciting progress in UIPM Para Sports development in recent years, led by the UIPM Para Pentathlon Commission, which is working towards a strategic goal of inclusion in the Brisbane 2032 Paralympics.
Egypt has been one of the most progressive nations in terms of Para Pentathlon athlete development and UIPM Vice President El Erian, also President of the Egyptian Modern Pentathlon Federation and Secretary General of the Egyptian National Olympic Committee, took the opportunity to speak with President Parsons during his recent visit to Egypt.
