Olympic champion Lesun (RUS) opens school for UIPM Sports

The Rio 2016 men’s Olympic champion, Alexander Lesun (RUS), has opened a club for UIPM Sports in Minsk (BLR).

The Lesun Club, according to the proprietor, “will promote not only Modern Pentathlon but also its sub-sports such as Biathle, Triathle and Laser-Run”, and membership will be open to all ages.

Lesun (RUS) added: “The goal is to have athletes in the club who will be participating in national and international competitions at all levels in Modern Pentathlon.”

Lesun (RUS) added the crowning glory of Olympic gold in 2016 to a glittering pentathlon CV. He was already the holder of two individual World Championship gold medals and four silver medals.
