AMPC EXECUTIVE BOARD (2025-2028)
Sangkeong YEO (KOR)
ACTING PRESIDENT
Mr. Sangkeong YEO is the Director of the International Cooperation Agency at the Korea Modern Pentathlon Federation. He has been involved in Pentathlon since 2003 as a sports administrator, overseeing the Asian championships, training camps and meetings such as AMPC Congresses.
He was the last Secretary General of AMPC elected in 2021, and is now, since 2025, the Acting President of the AMPC.
Katsumi YAMAZAKI (JPN)
VICE PRESIDENT
Mr. Katsumi YAMAZAKI is the President of Modern Pentathlon Association of Japan.
He is also a councilor of Japan Sport Association and Japanese Olympic Committee.
Valerii NOVIKOV (KGZ)
VICE PRESIDENT
Mr. Valerii NOVIKOV is the President of Kyrgyzstan Modern Pentathlon Federation.
Cassandra CHOH (SGP)
VICE PRESIDENT
Ms. Cassandra CHOH is the President of Singapore Modern Pentathlon Association. She is also a Fitness Professional / Coach and a former athlete.
Dr. Huda ALMATROOSHI (UAE)
VICE PRESIDENT
Dr. Huda ALMATROOSHI is the President of the United Arab Emirates Pentathlon Federation.
Ms. Hanna JI (KOR)
DEPUTY SECRETARY GENERAL
Ms. Hanna Ji serves as the Manager of International Affairs at the Korea Modern Pentathlon Federation.
Viktor MALTSEV (KGZ)
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Mr. Viktor MALTSEV is the Secretary General of Kyrgyzstan Modern Pentathlon Federation and he was involved in modern pentathlon since 1967.
Shenhung LIU (TPE)
COACHES' REPRESENTATIVE
Shenhung LIU was a former athlete representing Chinese Taipei and served as a member of the UIPM Athletes Committee (2020-2024).
Currently, he is a coach for the Chinese Taipei national team and hold qualifications as a national-level fencing coach and referee.
Ilia MIAGKIKH (KGZ)
ATHLETES' REPRESENTATIVE
Ilia MIAGKIKH is an athlete representing the Republic of Kyrgyz Republic and has participated in many international competitions, including the UIPM World Championships and Asian Games.
