UIPM 2022 Pentathlon World Cup Ankara: Men’s Qualification
UIPM 2022 Pentathlon World Cup Ankara continued today with 70 athletes taking part in the men’s qualification round.
Among the successful qualifiers were Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games gold medallist Joseph Choong of Great Britain and bronze medallist Woongtae Jun of Korea, along with three-time Pentathlon World Cup Final winner Valentin Prades of France.
Others expected to feature prominently in the Semi-finals will be Jinhwa Jung (KOR), Patrick Dogue of Germany, Adam Marosi and Bence Demeter of Hungary, Eslam Hamad of Egypt and Bugra Unal of Turkey.
Pentathlon World Cup Ankara continues tomorrow (June 9) with the Women's Semi-finals, followed by the Men’s Semi-finals on Jun 10, the Finals on June 11 and the Mixed Relay on June 12.
